Pat went above and beyond to help my sister and I sell our Dad's home. She had a contact for every aspect of what we needed and everyone that she recommended was great. She personally met with a few different workers that we were using so that we didn't have to make the trek to that side of town so often. She was just a dream to work with and I would recommend her and would absolutely use her again in a minute. It was just a great experience on every level.

If you need help finding a house, Mitch is your man! I was looking for my first house and had been working a realtor - let's call him R. It was a frustrating experience. R showed me several houses over the course of a year or so - and I ended up putting in offers on 2 and then rescinded because of major problems identified in the inspections. R continued to show me houses that I wasn't interested in - I felt like he wasn't listening to me and he thought I was being too picky. After I rescinded the second offer, we decided to part ways. I decided I would start looking at houses on my own. I miraculously ran into Mitch when I looked at one of his listings. While touring a house that Mitch was selling, we started chatting - I told him what I was looking for, talked about my anxiety with buying my first home, and explained my prior bad experience with R. While touring a house that Mitch was selling, we started chatting - I told him what I was looking for, talked about my anxiety with buying my first home, and explained my prior bad experience with R. I was so comfortable with Mitch right away that we decided we would work together. He very quickly began to understand what I needed (and what I wanted) and each house he showed me was closer and closer to the perfect fit, I knew he was listening, that he genuinely cared about my home-buying experience, and that he cared about me as a person. Then, he found it an in-town house that was going to be put on the market the next day (so it had not yet been advertised). He met me there, we walked around, opened windows, sat in the living room, and even met the neighbors. He gave me excellent advice, guided me through all of the paperwork, and made it a smooth transition. And he didn't stop there, he took the extra steps and followed up to make sure that I was happy and that I remained happy. Mitch was more than an agent to me, more than an advocate, more than a friend, he practically became family. And I can honestly say that Mitch will look out for your best interests and find you the home you are looking for.

I'm afraid I made a mistake in choosing a Realtor to sell my condo in an Atlanta mixed use development. Initially, I was approached by a Realtor who claimed to have a lot of experience in selling that particular development. She was constantly out of town, and even asked ME to follow-up with a Realtor who had shown the property during one of her all too frequent trips. I then turned to a Realtor who lived just down the hall, thinking that he would be a great fit for the situation. He got us many showings, but no offers on the table, before he decided to take a position with a property out of state. In an email, he advised me of his new career opportunity, and told me that another agent would be assigned by the agency he was leaving. Um, No. I turned to Mitch Grooms, who took a genuine interest in my property, took beautiful photos of the property for the new web listing, and worked with …

Um, No. I turned to Mitch Grooms, who took a genuine interest in my property, took beautiful photos of the property for the new web listing, and worked with another talent at his agency to get the job done. We had multiple offers, and ended up in a bidding war, resulting in a sale which exceeded the asking price on my unit. Talent, professionalism, and dedication are only a few of the words I can use to describe Mitch and his ability to get the job done and exceed my expectations. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Mitch Grooms is not only an exceptional realtor and videographer, he is also an exceptional human being. Mitch was an essential part of my life during two very monumental movements videoing my wedding and helping my husband and I buy and build our dream home. He is honest, patient and hardworking, he made both of those experiences truly an amazing and memorable time for my family and I. When my husband and I found a neighborhood we loved Mitch literally went door to door asking if anyone in the neighborhood wanted to sell and that's just above and beyond but that's who he is. If you are looking for a realtor whom you can trust with your most precious and important moments, I strongly recommend that you choose Mitch Grooms, you'll be grateful that you did, God knows I am.
